Mid-week Wednesday!

Yay! 2 more days to weekend! Today went for the One Citi Orientation held at Pan Pac @ Marina Square. Had to wake up at 6:30am! Feeling sleepy like siao. Attended the boliao orientation program with Peiying, as well as Huiyun, our office-mate. The lunch was nothing much lol. Ended about 2pm. We decided to clear the remaining half day as we were too sianz to go back to office after the morning half of boring talks. Therefore we decided to check out the movie theatres at Marina Square and finally chose to watch "The Switch". Wah when was the last time I watched a $7 weekday movie? Finally my SAFRA card came into good use lol. The movie wasn't really anything fantastic at all, although Jennifer Aniston was acting in it. 3/5 stars at most. After that we had no more programmes and therefore I went home while HY went to Esplanade library while PY went to Taka to buy her things. Feeling super tired sia...went home and slept for two hours lol.

1st October 2010, Friday

Can't wait for the day to end. Went to get Ros' 50mm lens from Li Teng at Tampines after work. He and Meiqi came down to Tampines to shop. I then went to Tanah Merah to wait for the other people to go down to Bugis together. We then visited this Thai restaurant at Sunshine Plaza called Aroy Dee. The place is so small yet super packed. Super good business. We waited for a while before we could get tables. The food is really good. WAYYYYY better than the Suan Thai Restaurant @ Liang court that I went to with my family.
After that, it was Play Nation! Woohoo! First time going there. Wah the place actually quite big. Behind the main area is a whole stretch of rooms and TVs for people to play Wii and Xbox. We got the super mega ultra big room. All 10 of us could fit into the room very comfortably. There were sofas and tables and 1 Xbox and 1 Wii. Nice sia. It cost $14.90 for the 1st 2 hours of gameplay. Up to you to play Wii, Xbox or the tonnes of board games inside the room. We even extended for another one hour after the initial two hours cos time really passed so quickly when you're having fun. There was this very fun dancing Wii game called "Just Dance" that I discovered almost at the end of our 3-hour playtime. Only managed to try a few songs. Next time shall play again!

Then almost everyone wanna go home liao. Only Joce and Kiwi wanted to stay out and do something. But since nobody had a solid plan, we all went home... -_- Then Joce and I were very hungry so ended up looking for food again. Had supper at techno kopitiam again. This time it's dim sum. Kinda sux. I think only their buns are nice. 豆花下一次 ok? =) Then we chatted and chatted over everything until super late lol. Zombified... At least I know again that the 3 stars are called Orion's Belt lol.

2nd October 2010, Saturday

Met up with Naizhu, Hock Seng, Alan and special guest appearance, Wenyao, for dinner at 313 @ Somerset. We went to try this German restaurant Brotzeit. Nice outdoor setting with good ambience. We ordered plenty of exotic food and a 500ml glass of Oktoberfest beer each. Alan and I shared this 2-person serving of pork knuckles. Damn nice but awfully sinful. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna store most of it in my spare tyre argh.

We then went to watch "Legend Of The Fist: The Return Of Chen Zhen" at Orchard Cineleisure, with Kim joining us and WY not joining. Momo and Kiwi also joined us for this movie. Missed the first few minutes of Donnie Yen supposedly stepping over bullets -_-. Think should be watching again this Saturday at JB hehehe. The movie is quite alright, but not as fascinating as expected. Of course can't compare to Ip Man... but then still worth watching. Every Donnie Yen show is worth watching. Just that there weren't much action and fighting sequences in the show. 3.5/5 stars.

3rd October 2010, Sunday

Need to get wedding angpows for the wedding dinner later on at night. Therefore went downstairs to grab them, and also pei Momo go down see how much it is to repair her sis' lappy. Walau $100+ for a fan!? 杀人放火! So she didn't choose to get it repaired. We then went to Blic Ice Cream Cafe for some ice-cream. And was made to do something silly ahahha.
After that I prepared to go for Adrian's wedding held at Pan Pacific. Almost all the Blk 22 guys were there. It's been a long time we all met up. And as usual, now the only time we can gather so many people is during a wedding liao.

20 Minutes to Children's Day!!!

And why should I be happy about it? Not as if I have holiday tomorrow... -_-''' But then again, it's a Fridayyyyyyyy!!! And looking forward to playing bored games and Wii at PlayNation tomorrow with the Citi people.

Just met up with Zhangjing, Derrick and Kenneth for dinner at Ding Tai Feng @ Tampines Mall. They've completed their RT at last! Come to think of it, it's only one month ago that I completed my RT Phase 1. Time really passes so quickly. And to even make it scarier, just now Shirlyn was mentioning that I told her last year something about Children's Day, then it's now Children's Day once again! It's like..."huh? really one year has passed since we talked about it?" I've said it before, that working life really passes much faster than schooling life. Haiz... Dun like the way time passes so quickly. The only way to look at it in a more positive way is to make sure everyday passes with wonderful and happy things happening in one's life. Which is what my blog here does in each and every post. BK always says he reads lotsa happening things happening in my life. He likes to say "if you wanna know what's happening in Singapore, just read Lam's blog" Hahahaha! I choose to live my life with all the interesting and fruitful things I do. So can everyone of you!

What better way to end off this post with an awesome website full of the most wonderful things on Earth: Cutie pies!~! I saw this link posted by Chew Soowei, the ex-98.7FM DJ, who's in my FB list. Damn nice lah! Must see!

Asian Poses

Oh oh oh! And I saw this cute MTV of 瑶瑶 with her song called "Honey". It's actually a cover of the Kpop girl band Kara's original song, also called "Honey". Act cute MTVs...but that's what all guys love ahahhaha!

And just as I finished this post and went to watch episode 10 of Sunao Ni Narenakute, the lead character's father told him this: 生きているかぎりはちゃんと生きおうっか。(You should live your life to the fullest.) How zhunz sia haha. Came back to add in this paragraph. Ok...time to continue watching Sunao.
