It's a GIP pre-Christmas gathering. It's been a long time since we gathered. All busy with their own schedules. Sometimes I wonder, why are we so busy working our asses off? What do we get at the end of the month? Salary? But a whole month of physical and mental torture?
Well it's still a nice break from all the work in the office, so we met up at Raffles Place and in the end decided to have our dinner at Bobby's @ CHIJMES after eliminating several other choices within that place.
There were Alan, ET, HS, Kim, KW, NZ, Nana, RX, WY, and me. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration for Nana too. Kim was suggesting KTV at KBox but after much discussion, RX brought us to this pub along Boat Quay owned by one of his friends, or was it his friend works there. Anywayz it was a typical noisy KTV pub, and we played some dice games, ordered several towers of Tiger beer. NZ and I also played a game of pool. It's been a long time since we GIP people came together to have some fun, like back in the days at Beijing.
