Was informed by Edwin about an article regarding the penumbral lunar eclipse happening tonight. Diaozzz... Didn't even see much difference. The moon still looks so bright and round. Supposed to happen from 10pm to 11:20pm, with the maximum eclipse happening at 10:38pm. I took pictures of the moon at 10:02 and 10:42. Below are the pictures of the moon at the times respectively. No difference right? ZZZzzz... They were taken using full optical zoom of 10x on my Canon PowerShot SX100 using manual focus. The second picture is taken at 10:42pm too, but with 40x optical + digital zoom.
