Ever since RT started last Sunday, I've been sooooo tired. The RT sessions are getting more and more siong. Only looking forward to the dinners after each RT at Bedok Market hahaha. Today no chance to have the lasagne from the stall operated by the twin sisters. Decided to try out one of the Malay stall's nasi ayam penyet. $4 for a set, but it's not too bad. The soup also very nice. Zhangjing had kambing soup.

Slacked at home and then went out for dinner at Suan Thai Restaurant @ Liang Court with family. This restaurant was featured on one of the Channel 8 or Channel U shows, therefore we long wanted to go and try out the food there. The tom yam soup wasn't really very nice. And the pineapple rice was pretty normal. Only the stir-fried beef was good. The rest was so-so only. Definitely not recommended to go back again lol.

After dinner, as we drove past the padang and stopped right outside Raffles City waiting for the traffic light to turn green, it just so happened that the final fireworks display started right in front of our eyes and over our heads. All the buildings around us were shooting fireworks. So zhunz. Quite a magnificent view. Too bad I wasn't there to take pix of the fireworks. It's the inaugural Youth Olympic Games held right here in Singapore after all. So proud to be Singaporean, isn't it?
